SHIPPING:
Orders are processed daily. Shipping is done Monday-Saturday. Orders placed for in-stock items on Saturday may ship the same day, otherwise will be shipped the following week. Our shipping department is closed on Sundays and all US holidays.
We offer 3 shipping options to choose from, depending upon your location.
*U.S Standard Shipment (USPS, DHL or UPS to the lower 48 states only).
*PR-AK-Hawaii-Canada (USPS only).
*International Air Mail (All other regions of the world). USPS Priority airmail , EMS or BAX may be used depending upon the item(s) purchased. We do not ship international orders via UPS, Fedex or DHL. 3rd party shipment accounts are not accepted.
All posted rates upon website checkout are estimated flat rate fees based upon your order size/ shipment location. The majority of our U.S standard rate shipments are processed via USPS. Larger sized items traveling within the U.S are shipped via DHL or UPS ground. Your tracking/confirmation number will be e-mailed to your address on file upon shipment. Most International shipment prices are based upon USPS Priority air mail service (7-14 day estimated delivery time) or via BAX Global 7-10 day estimated delivery time. EMS express service is available for an additional cost, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order for an estimated EMS shipment cost to your location. All orders shipped to the lower 48 states, HI, AK, and PR will provide a tracking/confirmation number at no additional charge. Certified/registered or EMS service will also provide a tracking number to Canadian and overseas customers. We have 3 distribution centers located in the USA, Canada and Korea, your order may be shipped from anyone of these 3 locations depending upon the item(s) ordered and on hand stock availability. However, orders cannot be guaraneed to ship from anyone of these 3 particular locations upon convenience (ie; Canadian customers wishing to bypass duty/VAT etc). We encourage our customers to contact us before the purchase of multiple item orders to obtain an exact shipment estimate, otherwise you may use our automated checkout system with flat rate fees based upon your order size/location. In the event that a package is lost enroute, it may take up to six weeks to locate. Please note that USPS priority international air mail does not provide a tracking number, however can possibly be "traced" after 30 days from the date of shipment using the customs form ID number. We gladly ship items 13oz or less to P.O. Boxes, or US Military APO and FPO addresses at no additional charge. Items weighing over 13oz may be subject to additional shipment charges. Please check with your local postal office for your countries VAT/import tax fees. Taxes and custom duties are the customers responsibility. Local pick-up is not available. Our distribution center is closed to the public. Local customers may contact us by e-mail or phone prior to order placement to receive a possible discounted shipment fee. We will not be held responsible for the proper delivery of any orders shipped to addresses other than the Billing address on file. We will not be held responsible for the proper delivery of orders being shipped to business addresses (other than our verified wholesale dealer accounts) with special instructions (ATTN: John Doe, 5th floor etc). We will gladly ship to 3rd party freight forwarding companies (Four Star Cargo etc) however cannot be held responsible for proper delivery of goods by the 3rd party forwarded. We will not be held responsible for any additional charges accessed to you by your 3rd party freight forwarded for any reason (multiple shipments, taxes, fees etc). We encourage our customers to contact us prior to purchase to check the status of any item. Please remember that all posted shipment times are based on the estimates provided by the shipment courier. Uncontrollable situations may arise which can delay the estimated shipment time which includes Customs delays. Also, during holidays such as Christmas and New Years please expect substantial delays due to higher volumes of parcel circulation. We recommend holiday orders be placed 3-4 weeks in advance to insure on time delivery.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:
While the vast majority of our orders are filled within 24 - 72 hours, inventory levels do fluctuate daily and orders are subject to on-hand stock availability. You will be notified via email or phone about any backorder situation concerning your order that we anticipate will last longer than 5 business days. You may also logon to your account to check the status of your order/read order notes concerning any possible backordered items. We may every effort to provide an ETA on all backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped separately upon availability at no additional shipment charge to you.
CANCELING ORDERS:
Orders may be cancelled by phone within 24 hours if the order has yet to ship. Cancellation of orders already in process will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total amount of the order. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request a 20% restocking fee will apply. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will result in a two-way shipment charge to your account. We strongly recommend that you accept the shipment, then proceed through our normal return process accordingly. Items offering pre-painted service are not guaranteed to be available in the posted color choices. Please contact us prior to placing your order to inquire on the availability of any particular pre-painted color/item. If a posted pre-painted color is unavailable for your item we will refund the additional paint charge to your account. Orders cancelled due to the unavailability of any particular pre-painted color before or after the paint charge reimbursement will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
RECEIVING PARTS:
Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS upon receipt. INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS upon receipt.
INCORRECT PARTS/RETURNS:
Although we make every effort to supply the correct item(s) purchased, human error is possible. If an incorrect item is received please e-mail or call our customer service department within 5 business days upon receipt. We will gladly rectify the order discrepancy. The replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the incorrect item(s) to our facility. Replacements will be shipped based on the original shipping method. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM ExoticEmblems.com and must have a valid RMA number. Please contact our customer service department either by Phone or e-mail to obtain your RMA#. If the wrong product/color is shipped to you, you will not be responsible to pay for any return shipment charges. However, all returns must be made using a standard ground/non expedited method to be eligible for shipment cost reimbursement. All items must be accompanied by the original invoice/pre-approved RMA# and all original packaging. Please note that custom/special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Special order, installed, or any customized products are not eligible for return. Return shipment costs, taxes and duties are the customers responsibility. Please use a courier with a tracking number system when returning any merchandise to ExoticEmblems.com. ExoticEmblems.com will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ExoticEmblems.com may at its discretion charge a restocking fee. CHROME/STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS:
Exotic Emblems does not express or imply any warranty against chrome plated or stainless steel items due to any weather related issues (ie; corrosion, rusting, bubling, discoloration etc). These issues tend to arise in colder/snowy climates for various reasons.
SALES:
Random sales events are run throughout the year offering discounted pricing on many of our products. Sales are generally run during holidays, however may be offered suddenly at any time based upon overstock or bulk purchase blowouts. Store credit may be eligible on items purchased at regular store price within 7 days of the sale launch date. Items purchased beyond 7 days prior to the sale launch date are not eligible for store credit or refund. Forum/group buy discount percentages are not valid on sale priced items. Dealers may receive up to 10% below posted sale prices depending upon the quantity purchased. Generally the dealer price will be based upon the usual discount percentage or the sale price, whichever is less.
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or PayPal (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed and received without attempting to resolve the issue with us in accordance with our terms of sale, you will be assessed a $250 fee. This fee covers the time and expense that we have to invest in investigating and proving that you did make the purchase, received the item, and failed to resolve the problem with our company. Unpaid chargeback fees will be referred to a collections agency. Chargebacks revealed to be motivated by fraud (i.e. cash the refund check AND file a chargeback, or false claims of non-receipt of merchandise) will be immediately referred to local law enforcement for investigation and prosecution. We are human and make mistakes just like everyone else. If a problem arises, contact us and we will do everything we possibly can to fix it for you. However, if you would rather use a credit card chargeback, PayPal dispute, or any other hostile remedy as your first choice for problem resolution, we will respond appropriately.
